i really do. and its kind of like journaling. sometimes you sit down to do it but you feel like you are too far behind and end up not writing anything. so instead of trying to catch up my life on this blog, i am going to only document some events that seem to stick out in my mind.
this picture above is a classic example of what goes down at uvu. instead of going to class you can sit and make homemade valentine cards for your friends and lover(s). its things like this that make me grateful that i chose to receive my education here. thanks uv.
praise the heavens for the annual lax fundraiser at classic skating. it gives me the chance to recreate the hairdo my sister becky had at her wedding and to wear dantzel's old clayton costumes.
somehow, my roommate joslin, has accumulated many bikes. this is great and allows me to fulfill all my childhood dreams considering i never had one to call my own.
on the six month anniversary of the first missionary i sent out i was able to send out another, hermana bozarth. you know, she wasn't born in texas. but she got there as soon as she could.
my dear friend matt jameson returned home from his mission in march. i had not seen a jazz game in person or on tv since the last time i went with him before i left, so this was a big day for us.
we in the yellow house had a garage sale that was my pretty successful for all. i made four dollars.
i was able to attend holi krishna festival of colors. aka babylon. somehow all the clothes i wore that day have disappeared including my favorite pants. if you see them, let me know.
this would be the day that brynne and i realized why we are not yet married.
..and this would be the day that i searched forever and couldnt find the one letter ry guy had sent me from mongolia. luckily i have emails, mtc letters, and a letter that came shortly after in the mail to get me through. to make me look even creepier i put up the poster and pillowcase, compliments of wendy margetts.
speaking of missions, i'm going on my own one soon. the night before it only seemed appropriate to sneak by the mtc and take pictures at 2 in the morning. because i'm mature.
well this picture says it all. reading "taiwan, taichung-mandarin speaking" was probably the best joke monson has ever played on anyone. and thanks to jos and those bikes, me being on one for 18 months wont be as big of a deal. thanks girl.
the peace signs conveyed our excitement for the call and kamden really set the mood by turning on and off the lights. thanks baby.
we took a little roadtrip to st. george to get some sun and hang out with the melo fam. i received the worst sun burn of my life, but it was worth it. refer to brynneb.blogspot.com for more info.
happy birthday bri. a nice mini coop ride with the top down listening to our new favorite song "no air" by jordin sparks and chris brown is always in order. bless them for writing that song.
another birthday treat. i took it back to high school and wrote on her car..and told the world that she turned 16. whoops.
and the sister missionary outfit search is on. if only joule had sleeves, i guess i'll just have to stick with jody. sorry joules.
this was right before i moved out of my room, it was really sad but i made the executive decision to move downstairs instead of home. i hope brynne enjoys my life, as i sold it to her through aspen ridge management.
this should have been a great occasion, watching a little american idol at the high school but brynne heard wrong. so instead we attended a preschool meeting extravaganza. i belong here!
stew and i went to the real salt lake game. he is so excited because if you notice, beckham has his shirt off in the background.
we had a lovely roommate picnic before beth left for dc. good thing they gave us plates, sporks, and napkins. oh wait, they didnt.
our last time together as roommates would be spent at the holladay house, which is fitting. it is through those boys that we all realized our love for each other. and if you look closely you can see the dvd i made for them on the tv. so presh.
rollerblading finally happened, which is a big deal considering we have talked about it for months. we are starting a crew.
this sunday was a big event. i finally told the mish that i'm going on one as well. for months i have pretended like i didn't think i was going and then i made it sound like i was getting married. i think he was pleased with the news, after calling me "a dirty rat". this is me pretending to talk to him but really we forgot and took it later.
and to end this ridiculous post i would like to put what i found earlier today on the floor. trevor may or may not have lost his teeth. good thing he wont be needing those anymore.
okay. well. i have to be done because a. this got really long and b. it took way too long. i need to stick with facebook, this is too nuts.
