seattle: all that is left over

these photos seemed nice but are all kind of random so
they will be thrown into one last post on my trip.

anyway.

one more shout out to the prettiest baby lilly

my parents are just bein the best grandparents ever and bought
like over 100 disney figurines for the grandkids.

they LOVE them.

after years and years of marriage danial finally framed nat's
cardston temple picture
(both served in canada on their missions)

cardston just loving his namesake

the joy of figuring out outfits for family pictures

makenzie loved being in choir!

and braylee loves giving her aunt a back massage

everyone loooooooved watching the amazing race

thanks for still fitting me size 14/16 in little girls.

good thing i took this picture before the walmart lady came
over and told me it wasn't allowed and to put my camera
away. they made that whole thing out of 12 pack soda boxes!

this is where their family photos were going to be but when
we went back the sun decided to come out and ruin everything.

pretttttttttty

right before leaving i ran around real quick
(because we were leaving and because it was raining)
and took some pretty pictures of flowers that are posted on my other blog
and then the trip was over.
it always rains on the day i leave washington.
always always.

and that would be my red luggage.
i thought it was safe because it was under that red tarp but it wasn't
(maybe it was outside during our entire delay?)
when i got home most of my clothing was soaked.
but..bright side would be nothing got ruined.

so there it is.
can you guys even believe that i will finally start posting
 about other things this week?

i thought this day would never come.

seattle: the day of moms

mothers day is always nice in sumner wa
and everyone always looks so nice!

we tried to take some pictures together but cardston wouldn't
cooperate so it ended up looking like a mormonad.

super white legs, sister's mom shoes, and d-land birthday hats
always make for a good time.

and to finish off a really nice day i was put in charge of dinner.
it was pretty classy and not stressful at all.

somehow my mom wasn't in any of my photos,
i think we took some with her camera perhaps? if you haven't
met my mom yet, you should. she is a real treat
and you will love her instantly.

i've concluded this post is dumb. sorry.

seattle: pikes market

oh how i love pikes market.
and not so much to buy anything like i did when i was younger,
but rather take pictures of people while my family buys things.

it really is such a treat, and here is
like 500 pictures of it so you can feel like you were there!

didn't see his sign about tipping for pictures until i got home.
whoooooops

loved that cowboy behind me but he kept
looking at me so i had to be tricky.

this guy was actually really good.

and look! i found him on youtube for your viewing pleasure.

baby piano!

when i noticed this couple coming towards me
i could not have been more happy.
(and in case you were confused, they are out of focus on purpose)

this could not have worked out any better.

i don't know if i captured just how
tall this woman really is

wild fiddlehead ferns?
are they even real?

the end! wasn't that fun?
the funnest part was that i only used
my fixed 50 mm lens so all those pictures were not
taken from far away but actually really close up.

..sometimes you just have to be a creep.

seattle: cardston and emma lee

I spent a lot of time with these two cuties!
this would be the every morning routine,
just sometimes replace kitchen toys with disney figurines or
train toys, etc.
is he not the cutest?
see more of him here.

big thanks to emma for introducing everyone to marcel.

other mornings got a little creative.
fingerpainting!

but usually
no matter what was happening
..it was usually done naked
the last friendship time with the birds before
natalie got rid of them gave them as a gift to a neighbor!
c loves him some toys
don't you just want to put him in your pocket?!
(just realized i said that on my other blog about him.
i guess i just can't stop feeling that way!)
emma lee and i got bored sometimes

"megan you have got to come take a picture of cardston
on danial while he is sleeping!"
..i'm so so proud my family has begun to have an eye
for a good photo as well
and a little tuckered out tot
taking family pictures is a tiring thing!

really random post.
basically just wanted you all to see i have
the cutest nieces and nephews ever.

(i'll have to spotlight the other 27 later..)
