i go to seattle!

well..to sumner washington but i will be in seattle some of the time

(and that sounds cooler..so we will stick with that)

my parents and my sisters and myself are having a little bond fest up there for the weekend! 

pretty sure all five of us girls haven't been together since 2001. that is like ten years! 

way way way too long.

so, i decided to be with them instead of walk for graduation. 

my options were this. 

1. go to seattle, be with my best girlfriends, have a great time

or 

2. stay home, walk across a stage and take a picture with some random uv guy, and feel sad that i'm not in seattle with my best girlfriends.

so really, the decision was simple.

but maybe all i wanted was a tassle? so if you see an extra one laying around, i'm your girl. 

anyway. that is all i wanted to say. 

hopefully these best friends will be at pike's market again.

i had a birthday!

so i have lots of things to post and it is all out of order but hey. at least it is happening!

so anyway. like i said. i had a birthday! and it was nice.

ashlie and i decided to put cats on our way awesome and totally hip nokia phones

(you know, to make them even more awesome and totally hip)

the week of my birthday was also spent going on bike rides and creeping every historic home in provo to find good ones for my final photography project.

this one definitely made the cut!

morning of birthday was spent with suzanne.

birthday breakfast at magleby's!

afternoon was spent with nicole, kaycie, amelia, and ashley.

birthday lunch at zupas!

evening was spent with d.

birthday dinner at malawi's!

(i love eating so bad i guess!)

so much matching and happiness

and fire!

and (FREE) ice-cream

(for birthday, NOT for dantzel)

and here is an honorable mention.

a quick ride and a yee-haw on the texas roadhouse saddle.

i did it for the free ice cream.

a birthday miracle!

went to olive garden with the roommates and i found some plastic in my food. i wasn't going to say anything because heck, i don't care, but our waitress saw it all happen so she grabbed it from me real quick and in a very stressed manner told me to pick a dessert and then said "my manager discounted your tab".

this, to me, meant maybe a few dollars? maybe charged for a lunch portion instead of a dinner portion?

but no! i got it all for FREE.

 sad for them because they were so stressed but so happy for me.

other things worth mentioning that made the birthday nice but are not pictured:

brynne's homemade postcard that let me know i was her cupcake!

going to class and turning in things!

so many nice fb messages, wall posts, texts, and phone calls!

speaking of, talking to sister tong from taiwan!

watching modern family with ryan and then receiving the pass of all passes!

watching him and nik play at lib square..so convenient. and classy!

youtube time with d!

and then having a sleep over and watching she's the man with

myself because dantzel fell asleep in two seconds dantz!

anyway. it was a really nice birthday!

in honor of the birthday girl i thought it would be appropriate to look back on the years of our friendship and see all the nice things this birthday girl and i have done together. 

(keep in mind even though this will be long, it doesn't even do our friendship justice)

b was so nice and tried teaching me how to not dress like a sister missionary

attending family activities

being in the past and the future

tending babies

so many dance parties

graduating

photo shoots

and then..

we said goodbye again.

but a different kind.

and tanner still lets us be friends sometimes so it isn't as sad as the other two

(and if someone is going to steal her away i'm glad it is tan)

i feel like i could just keep going and going but i just realized i've been at this for maybe 2 hours.
