carnival

this would be the first of like two many carnivals ryan and i have frequented this summer but since it was the first we were most excited about it so it received the most phonetography coverage. it also happened when we were still thrilled about instagram (still thrilled but the excitement has definitely worn off as i'm sure some of you can relate to) - but i'm glad we were still thrilled because these carnival pictures are AWESOME.

i saw this bench and just knew ryan belonged on it!

afterwards we went to this little $3 movie theater (with $1 popcorn, candy, and drinks!) and watched "water for elephants" which was very fitting with the whole carnival theme of the day. truth moment = it got a little out of control for awhile and we almost walked out buuuut i'm glad we stayed because it had a nice ending.
